1.2 Introduction
The NGK 32” kiosk is ideal for restaurants needing to handle very busy periods. The kiosk
decreases waiting times and does away with queues during peak periods. The operational
positioning of the kiosks within the restaurants is critical in order to achieve the above.
The NGK 32” kiosk offers a combination order points, an order point for conventional use and on
the other side, a lower screen addressing the standards for disabled people. See the diagrams below.
This design must be kept in mind when positioning the kiosk in the restaurant.
1.3 Scope Of Document
This document has been written to help in the planning process of the installation of an Acrelec
NGK 32” Kiosk. This document covers the information to be gained from a pre-installation site
visit to survey the restaurant for the requirements of the delivery and installation.

Any change to the content of this document such as, but not limited to, service, scope of service
shall be dealt with using the change management process below.
Either Acrelec or McDonald’s may propose a change to the other party by setting out the detail of
the change required together with a justification for the change.
In both cases Acrelec will assess the impact of the proposed change to the prices, scope and time
scales of the project and/or supply and shall provide to McDonald’s the results of their assessment of
the impact of the proposed change.
McDonald’s would need to review the assessment and decide if they wish to proceed or not.
