Until such time as any change is formally agreed, Acrelec will, unless otherwise agreed, continue to
perform and to be paid for the deliverables as if such change had not been requested.
Neither party will be obligated to agree to any requested change but neither party will unreasonably
with hold its agreement to such a request.
Any agreement to a request or recommended change will become valid only when recorded in
writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
