1.6 Access Delivery Requirements

A large lorry, possibly with a power tail lift will be required to deliver the kiosks. The lorry will
need to gain access to the restaurant to deliver the kiosks to the closest point possible. The devices
are large and heavy and will need to be carried to the shop floor to be unpacked and installed.

Double Side Kiosk NGK 32” or Wall mounted kiosk NGK 32”

The weight of the Double Side kiosk and packaging is approximately 140 kg.
The weight of the Wall mounted kiosk and packaging is approximately 100kg.
External dimensions of the packaging are approximately 80 x 80 x 240cm.

Most of the time, kiosks are delivered in horizontal way in order to secure the
transport.

In advance of delivery McDonald’s needs to define a delivery date and time
window e.g. 9.00am to 5.00pm for the delivery of the kiosks. There needs to be a
nominated responsible person present at the time of the delivery who is authorised
to accept delivery of the kiosks, which will remain packed until the time of their
installation.

The below data must be recorded with respect to the restaurant that the kiosk will be delivered to, to
enable the team delivering the kiosk to know what to expect and be able to prepare for these
eventualities:
