Customer Service

          A big part of your role as an Event Volunteer is customer service.

          What is a customer?
          A customer is a person or company that receives, consumes or buys a
          product or service
          As an Event Volunteer – who will our customers be?
          Local people attending the event, national people attending the event,
          international people attending the event, goods or services companies for
          the event
