Alva Staggs


     High School: Walton          College: Wabash         Induction: 1966
     1.  4-sport athlete @ Walton H.S.
     2.  Won 1917 State Championship as the Head Coach @ Lebanon.
     3.  Served as Head Coach @ Lebanon, Anderson, & Monticello.
     4.  Won 15 Sectional championships & led Anderson to 11 State Finals appearances.
     5.  Gymnasium in Monticello is named after him & is still used by Roosevelt M.S.



                                         Terry Stillabower


     High School: Lafayette Jeff (1964)          College: Ball State (1968)         Induction: 2016
     1.  Stand-out basketball player for Lafayette Jeff, helping lead the Bronchos to the
           State Finals in 1963 & 1964.
     2.  Senior on 1964 State Championship team.
     3.  Member of the 1964 Indiana All-Star Team.
     4.  Played basketball @ Tyler (TX) Junior College & Ball State.



                                       Homer Stonebraker


     High School: Wingate (1914)          College: Wabash (1918)         Induction: 1962
     1.  Led Wingate to State Titles in 1913 & 1914.
     2.  Single game scoring record of 80 pts. v. Hillsboro.
     3.  Played basketball @ Wabash College, where he was named All-American 3 times.
     4.  Played professional basketball for the Fort Wayne Bruins & Chicago Bruins.
     5.  Served as Head Coach @ Hartford City H.S.



                                                Bob Straight


     High School: Hammond (1944)          College: Ball State (1950)         Induction: 1979
     1.  Won 286 games as a head coach that included stops @ Earl Park, Rensselaer,
           Anderson Highland, & Huntington.
     2.  2-year lettermen @ Hammond H.S. & 4-year lettermen @ Ball State.
     3.  Past President of the IBCA & IHSAA Board of Control.
