INSTRUCTIONS for ANNUAL BANQUET PRODUCTS
(Annual Banquet Bars, Chill Boxes, and Banquet Wine)
1. LABELS for ANNUAL BANQUET PRODUCTS: Use the enclosed BLUE labels on
cases when shipping products to the hotel. Attach a label to the side of each case.
2. DELIVERIES: Please schedule deliveries to the hotel, between 11 12 1

9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Thursday, May 18 . All deliveries must be PREPAID. 10 2

3. BOTTLE SIZE: Only LITERS or 750 ml. bottles will be displayed. Test tubes/shooters will not 7 5
be displayed on Ballroom Bars. Wine coolers & RTD’s requiring refrigeration should be no 6
larger than 12 oz.
4. NUMBER of CONTRIBUTIONS: Annual Banquet Bars, Chill Boxes, and Wine Garden
DISTILLED SPIRITS: Limit your contributions to (3) SKU’s; this limitation does not apply
to exempt brands. Please refer to “Exempt Brands” in the General
Instructions.

WINES: Limit your contributions to (2) SKU’s
(6) Cases minimum per brand

BEER: Limit your contributions to (4) SKU’s

May 8, 2017, to Robin Dubendorf at NABCA, as outlined in "General Instructions".
