Financial Support for Tier 2 Contraception
Service Implementation

Pharmacies embarking on the Tier 2 Contraception
Service journey receive significant financial support,
reinforcing the government's commitment to
enhancing pharmacy roles in healthcare.
A total remuneration of £900 per premises is
provided in instalments:
• £400 upon sign up
• £250 after the first 5 consultations
• additional £250 after completing 10 consultations.

• Each consultation is reimbursed at £18.
