Can you tell us a bit about your role
as a Customer Proposition Manager
at PSUK? What does a typical day
look like for you, and how long have
you been in this role?
I have worked at PSUK for 12 years, starting as
a Data Analyst in August 2012. Over the years, I
have held various positions, with my current role
being Customer Proposition Manager. As Customer
Proposition Manager, no two days are the same.
My responsibilities encompass nearly everything
PSUK does and offers to our members. One day I
might be working on the MDS and APM rebates for
our members, the next day I could be focusing on
developments for our website, and the day after
that, I might be meeting with a supplier to discuss
collaboration opportunities that benefit PSUK
members.
In this edition of the ‘In Spotlight’, How do you identify and

developing new propositions?
