APM aims to protect you from some of these challenges, whilst making
sure your generic basket remains one of the most competitive in the
market place. We are constantly monitoring the generic pricing market
and comparing to other offerings in the market place to ensure the APM
remains competitive across your generic basket. Pricing accross the top
100 generics offering in excess of 40% discount off tariff.
Our Keys proposition – which all members have access to
– support both from an availability perspective, but also
protection from short term spikes in pricing.

Availability is key in dispensing doctors. We know what our members order
from us monthly and purchase for this volume in to our ‘keys’ generic bins
which only loyal customers have access to. This means that when there
are shortages in the market, PSUK can supply for longer ensuring that
you can obtain the rank 1 product 96% of the time.

As we buy in advance in to this keys bin we can also protect the pricing
better which benefits your practice when there are fluctuations in pricing.
Over Tariff and Concessions

Introduced last year due to member feedback, our over tariff tools in the
PSUK portal give you visibility of any products over tariff before you order.
The Drug Tariff tab will also track what you have ordered during the
month that is over tariff and adjust when concessions are awarded.
This gives you the control of understanding what this impact may be
on the dispensary. You may be surprised at how many products when
concessions are awarded remain under tariff on APM!
Simplicity and efficiency

Don’t underestimate the benefits of ordering little and often through the
