DISPENSARY STOCK
MediPAC has reduced the amount of stock that needs to be in branch.
By effectively managing your stock, you can decrease the amount of
stock that expires and ultimately increase your branch’s profit. Date
checks on medication will become more efficient with reduced stock
levels.
Please ensure that:
• Stock is organised generically A-Z, and rotated by date, making use
of DSRS
• Shelves and drawers are kept tidy, organised and dust free
• Weekly Stock checks are completed
• Date checks are carried out as per SOPs and the date checking
matrix is completed
