“I first joined PHOENIX working in a Rowlands
branch in July 2011 as a trainee dispenser. I gained
my dispenser qualification and worked in that
branch for eight years. I then went onto become a
Transformation Lead within Rowlands for a further
two years and then in June 2021 I moved over to
Numark and became a Consultancy Implementer.
I really enjoyed my role as a Transformation Lead but
it was only a seconded role. It was around another
12 months later that I was asked if I would like to join
the Golden Tote Implementation Team, which I was
ecstatic to do so and I haven't looked back.
The thing I enjoy most about my job is I love the
variety within the role. I do something different
every week and get to visit different places and
members. I have literally completed an install down
