“I have worked in pharmacy for seven years, starting out with
               Rowlands in branch where I completed my dispenser qualification
               before moving in the Transformation team where I supported with
               the migration of the 32 Lloyds stores in Scotland into the Rowlands
               Estate. I then moved over to Well Pharmacy where I was an Area
               Manager for Oxford, Coventry, and Northampton before rejoining
               PHOENIX in February this year.                                            Alex

               Throughout my time in pharmacy, I have always enjoyed being               WINTER
               hands on in branch and my current role in the implementation
               team, is the perfect opportunity to do that.
               During my short time I have been with Numark, I have already
               had the opportunity to visit lots of stores and see how they work.
               I really enjoy meeting new people and building relationships and I
               thrive on seeing stores progress and develop and we are in a lucky
               position where we get to see this frequently.
               The team behind Golden Tote is crucial for support, as we are able
               to spend a good amount of time focusing on training all colleagues
               to make sure they are comfortable with Golden Tote. Once all
               training has been done, we are still there to deal with any day to
               day queries, whether that’s by phone or a visit. The purpose of our
               roles is to make sure all members are seeing the benefits Golden
               Tote has to offer their pharmacies, as well as supporting with any
               help or guidance they might need. Whether they are just going
               live with Golden Tote, or have been using GT for long time, we are
               always there to help!”
