The Owners will determine by December 1 if there will be an end of
                                               st
year bonus payout. The most significant factor in this determination is
the financial success of the Company. End of year bonuses are NOT
guaranteed and NOT every employee is eligible (see eligibility below).

             Eligibility:
Bonus pay in the form of cash or prizes will be provided to employees
             meeting and exceeding our standards.

                • The employee must be a current, active employee at the time
                    payment is made.
                • No employee who is on discipline may participate. “On
Discipline” means being on suspension, receiving a written
employee performance notice or an employee who is not
meeting performance standards. This will be verified by the
current supervisor and the General Manager.
                • The employee must have met the 90-day introductory period.
                • Must be employed as a Regular Full Time or Seasonal Full
                    Time Employee.

             Bonus Considerations:
Employees that meet the eligibility stated above will be considered for
a bonus. The General Manager, Owner, and Project Managers will use
the following criteria to evaluate employee performance:
                A. Safe Work Practices:
Examples: consistently wears PPE, sets up road signs when

jobsites like oil and gas, holes are fenced at the end of the
                    shift, and no speeding violations.

                B. Insurable under General Policy:
The company’s insurance carrier reviews employee driving
records annually. Employees that cannot be insured under the
Company’s general policy must be moved to a separate, more
expensive policy that limits the employee to driving only one
                    vehicle.

                C. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL):
