Paid Time Off (PTO)
The Company provides paid time off (PTO) to allow
flexibility in scheduling time away from work. The following policy
is applicable to employees hired in 2017 and for existing employees
beginning January 1, 2018 and rolling forward.
Regular Full-Time employees are eligible to begin accruing PTO after
their 90-day introductory period. The number of hours earned will be
reflected on the next paycheck after their 90-day criteria has been met.
Seasonal Full-Time employees are eligible to receive PTO after the 90-
day introductory period; additionally, these employees must work a
minimum of 160 hours a month to be eligible to earn PTO. Once a

PTO on the next paycheck. Accrued PTO hours must be used in the
same year that they are earned, and un-used PTO hours will not be
carried forward past January 1 of the next calendar year. The PTO
hours must be used in the year they were earned.
The work week starts on Sunday and ends on the following Saturday.
Pay periods are bi-weekly totaling 26 pay periods in the year.
