It sounds like you're discussing the development of local clusters in the context of local
governance and self-governing bodies participating as initiators in shaping and developing
these clusters. These bodies are actively involved in organizing events and initiatives for the
organizational development of clusters and providing support to achieve the goals.
The formation of a vertically integrated cluster in a region aims to create the final
product, supporting the entire chain of financial-economic, logistical, and other related areas.
According to experts, the effective interaction of various production processes in the region
within the framework of the infrastructure of this cluster contributes to the increase in the
effectiveness of mutual influence of various production processes in the region, according to
         experts.
In our opinion, in the composition of a vertically integrated cluster in the region, it is
necessary to activate the system for creating the following institutions of the market
infrastructure, related to the stage of its development:
Stage 1. Identifying the ongoing participants of the cluster and developing regional
strategies for economic clustering - Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
