Main Course


           The main meal (main course) is the staple dish of a complete menu arrangement
           that  is  served  at  lunch  or  dinner,  the  portion  size  is  larger  than  the
           appetizer.  The  food  served  consists  of  animal  side  dishes  accompanied  by
           potatoes and vegetables.


           The  main  food  is  arranged  in  a  dinner  plate  as  the  main  staple  food.  The
           combination of the main course with potatoes or vegetables as side dishes must
           match the taste, color and ingredients of the side dishes served accompanied by
           sauce or gravy or frozen sauce. right, and vegetables on the left.
