Food & Beverage Service


           In charge of handling food and beverage serving, preparation of several types
           of drinks including mixed drinks (mixed drinks)
           In a hotel F & B service serves as a host of food and beverage services to hotel
           guests.


           F & B service is divided into 4 parts:








           » Restaurants

           Restaurant  is  part  of  the  Food  &  Beverage  department  which  functions  to
           provide commercial food and beverage services at a hotel.








           » Bars
           The  bar  is  part  of  the  food  and  beverage  department  which  is  in  charge  of
           preparing food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.


           »Baquettes
           Baquet is the part that is responsible for major events held at hotels through
           food and beverage services, usually held in the ball room, garden.








           » Room Service

           Is part of the food and beverage service in charge of serving food and drinks to
           guests  who  wish  to  eat  and  drink  in  the  hotel  room.  Room  service  is  open  24
           hours using a trolly or tray service.
