D. Type of Recount text

Recount text has several types, from these types

determine the purpose of writing what is meant in the content
of the recount text, namely:

a. Personal Recount

This type of recount text is usually in the form of information or

stories based on the personal experience of the writer. An
example is a diary. The text describes personal experiences, for

example: diaries, memories, and personal events.

b. Factual Recount

A type of recount text that tells an event or incident that has
actually happened. Examples are scientific reports, news, and so

on.

c. Imaginative Recount

Imaginative recount is a text that tells an imaginary story with
details of the events: Fairy tales of fantasy, myth, and the

author's imagination.

d. Biographical

This recount text explain about the history, story, or life history
