As we begin to resume a more normal life – perhaps a new normal – but that’s a big step forward,
events are being planned and some have already taken place in this new Rotary Year.
It's great to be able to include Forthcoming Events again – fingers crossed.

These editions will be sent electronically to all members but there are a few hard copies for
those who have requested a copy.

Inner Wheel Strawberries and Fizz on Sunday 20th June

After watching the weather all week, it was chilly but dry with occasional sunshine – sounds
like the weather forecast! Many arrived soon after 2.00 p.m. chez Black’s. Under gazebos
and in the summer house, tables and chairs invited everyone to mingle and enjoy an
afternoon of friendship as we drank prosecco and ate strawberries and cream.
What decadence! Three raffle prizes were won and Tracey shared her Inner Wheel cake
prize with everyone which ended the afternoon so well. In all £500 was raised for their
charity of the Local Response Team. Every photo tells you more…

The Inner Wheel final meeting has been re-arranged for Thursday 29th July at The Lodge where it is hoped their
numerous supporters and friends will join them for what is hoped will be a memorable occasion.
