CHILLER PLANT UPGRADES THE NEED Chiller upgrades and replacements are required in order to accommodate the addition of the buildings within the Facilities Master Plan. Chiller Plant 4 has an older chiller that will need to be replaced soon. Similarly, Chiller Plant 5 has a chiller that is not operational and should be replaced for redundancy, back up, and future connections if desired.
