The Plan
The existing tennis courts at Maple Street and 13th Street are underutilized.

The master plan recommends a new athletics office building for a portion of the site. The 12th Street Neighborhood does not have park space, other than project, Mines should construct a small 20,000 GSF open space that fronts Maple Street. The open space should primarily be designed to host athletics- related events, and secondarily as a passive pocket park for use by faculty, staff, students in the adjacent athletics facilities
