STANDING RULES (optional)

These Standing Rules may be adopted without previous notice by a majority vote at a Mothers’
Meeting. During their adoption, or their amendment before and after adoption, they may be
reconsidered. Once in place, they may be suspended by a majority vote, or they may be amended
or rescinded by a two-thirds vote (without notice), or a majority vote (if the body was provided
prior notice of their consideration).
