ARTICLE XVI - Code of Ethics

A. The National Organization has adopted a Code of Ethics. All Members must
sign the Code of Ethics Acknowledgment Form each Program Year. It shall be
submitted to the Chapter Vice President/Membership Chair by October 31 each

PY and retained in her files.
B. All e-mail addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers are confidential and
shall NOT be sold, shared, distributed or disseminated to any non-member of Jack
and Jill of America, Incorporated.

ARTICLE XVII - Rules of Conduct and Procedures

The Chapter shall adopt and adhere to the North Texas Chapter of Jack & Jill, Inc, Rules of
Conduct and Procedures (NTCRCP) and they shall govern in support of these Bylaws and shall
be included and incorporated herein by reference. They are binding on all Members of the Chapter.
To the extent that there is any contradiction between these Chapter Bylaws and the NTCRCP,
these Bylaws shall govern (except as to rules governing Quorum and the number of votes necessary
to amend such Rules of Conduct and Procedures).
