Course Format

This course contains:

• ELT: Self-study ELT for pre- and post-ILT information and resources
• ILT: Instructor led ILT consisting of class discussion and case study-based exercises

About the ILT:

• The ILT portion of the course is highly interactive
• Participants will work in small teams to complete exercises using the case studies and

share their findings with the class
• Your facilitator is there to guide you through the process and help you understand where

and how to find the answers you need
• The intent of the course is to allow participants to have discussions and learn from each

others’ experiences
• You may need access to the ELT materials during the ILT portion of the course in order to

complete the exercises
