• Or we need to be looking at additional applications we can sell to these Users – don’t have to be

    applications as such i.e. SaaS, but can be internal applications on the Infrastructure to drive up
    usage/bandwidth volumes
• Encourage the use of additional features – classic example is HCS should not be just a “Premium
    Centrex offering” – Rob Plamondon it’s about Collaboration. IP phones aren’t phone but computers
    that look like phones and can run XML applications
