VOTING




          Voter Registration
          To vote in Nevada, individuals must be United States citizens and at least 18 years old by
          Election Day. Voters must be Nevada residents and live in the county and precinct where they
          register. People with felony convictions may register once their voting rights have been restored
          under Nevada law.

          New residents can register to vote, update their address, or change party affiliation in person
          at the Clark County Election Department, at local city clerk offices, or through the Nevada
          Department of Motor Vehicles. Registration is also available online or by mail using an official
          voter registration form.

          Residents may request a mail registration form by phone or submit a request by fax through
          the Election Department.
