k. MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE.
The members shall be drawn from the groups, unions
and Regions and shall represent the commi ee in the
Central Execu ve Board mee ng.

ARTICLE 8.

8.1. FINANCE.
The Associa on shall generate revenue for the finance of its
project through levies, subscrip on (dues), free will gi s and
dona ons. And all members are expected to pay their share of
such levies and subscrip on without prejudice.

8.2. AUDITING
a. The finance and accounts of the Associa on shall be
audited at least once every year using the biblical
calendar.
b. Not less than two but more auditors shall be appointed
by the CHFA Central Execu ve Board, for this duty which
shall be ready for submission and scru ny by the Feast of
Passover.
c. The Auditors shall submit their report to the CHFA
Central Execu ve Board and General Assembly during
the Feast of Tabernacles.

8.3. BANKING.
a. CHFA shall maintain a bank account with a reputable
bank approved by the Central Execu ve Board.
b. The Treasurer must pay in the monies collected into the
account within and not later than seventy two (72)
hours.
c. There shall be three signatories to the account of the
