7.2. QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP.
Regardless of a person’s status, a member may be excluded from
the commi ees on the grounds of the following;
a. Inability to take administra ve and policy decisions.
b. Disloyalty and lack of dedica on to the cause of CHFA
and the CHW.
c. Is proved a person of low integrity and character.
d. Has not been a member of the CHW up to five (5) years.
e. Embezzled Associa on or CHW Funds.

7.3. THE COMMITTEES
a. The Welfare Commi ee
b. The Disciplinary Commi ee
c. The Event Management
d. The Representa ve forum.
c. The Project Implementa on.
d. The Guidance and Counseling unit.
e. The Health Team
f. The informa on Commi ee
g. The Humanitarian Services.

7.4. FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEES.

a. WELFARE COMMITTEE.
They shall be responsible for all welfare services, meal
prepara ons and services of any kind during CHFA social
func ons.

b. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE.
The responsibility of this commi ee is to undertake and
execute all disciplinary cases and to enforce all CHFA Bye-
Laws at all places of worship, as in High Tabernacle,
Synagogues, the Wilderness etc.
