5B. 15. INFORMATION & PUBLICITY SECRETARY.
a. She shall, with the approval of the President, publicize,
propagate news informa on and ac vi es of the
Associa on
b. She shall project and protect the image of CHFA before
the general public.
c. Shall give out informa on to the press and media house
about CHFA with authority from the CHFA President.
d. Shall be under the her office all Informa on arms of the
associa on.

5B. 16. ASSISTANT INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY SECRETARY.
a. Shall also work with the of Informa on Publicity
Secretary.
b. She shall assist the Informa on and Publicity Secretary in
discharge of her du es.

5B. 17. SOCIAL SECRETARY AND THE ASSISTANT SOCIAL
SECRETARY.
a. They shall work with VP Event Management to
coordinate all the social ac vi es organized by CHFA.
b. It shall be their duty to welcome CHFA visitors within and
outside country.
c. They shall a end all social func ons to which the
Associa on is invited subject to the President's
direc ves.

5B. 18. THE WELFARE OFFICER AND ALL THE ASSISTANTS.
a. They shall work under the VP Welfare.
b. They shall be managing the catering needs of CHFA, and
as directed by the President through the VP Welfare.
