ARTICLE 6.

6.1. SELECTION OF OFFICERS
a. Selec on of officers of the Central Execu ve Board is by
recommenda on. They shall be appointed or
reappointed based on recommenda on by the
President.
b. O t h e r o ffi c e s o f C H FA a r e a p p o i n t e d b y
recommenda on, namely,
a. The Groups and Union Execu ves.
b. The Regional Representa ve
c. The Synagogue Representa ve.

6.2. TENURE FOR THE EXECUTIVES.
The tenure of office shall be four years.

6.3. REMOVAL/RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVES.
Execu ves/officers of the Groups, Unions, Regional and
Synagogue Representa ves shall be removed or changed from
office for any of the following reasons:-
a. Ill health.
b. Incompetence
c. Misappropria on of Associa on funds
d. Debt.
e. Public misconduct
f. Insanity.

6.4. FUNCTIONS OF OFFICERS AS IN ARTICLE 6. 1

I. THE GROUP AND UNION EXECUTIVES.
a. Their powers are limited.
b. They are to co-ordinate their groups and unions
accordingly.
