5B. 6. VICE PRESIDENT WELFARE AND RELATED MATTERS.
a. This Vice President shall take charge as stated in the
descrip on.
b. She shall have under her the welfare and the catering
officers.
c. She shall specially and par cularly be concerned with the
CHFA catering du es/services ONLY.
d. In addi on to her du es, she shall see to the scheduling
of the High Tabernacle Sanita on roster and enforcing
compliance of same and; also the sanita on of all the
CHW toilets in Nnobi and sanita on in general during all
fes vals and appointed mes.

5B. 7. VICE PRESIDENT PUBLICITY & EVANGELISM
a. She shall be responsible for the evangelical outreach of
CHFA based on the dissemina on of the message of
sound doctrine by CHFA.
b. She shall send out prayer informa on for fasts, etc, as
may be directed by messages, subject to the direc ve of
the President.
c. Shall be in-charge of CHFA offerings.

5B. 8. THE GENERAL SECRETARY.
a. She shall summon all mee ngs on the direc ve of the
CHFA President.
b. She shall record the proceedings of the General
Assembly, Central Execu ve Board and Representa ve
forum mee ngs.
c. She shall read the minutes of the mee ngs.
d. Shall give adequate no ce by circular or other wise of any
