5B. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS

5B. 1. THE PRESIDENT AND MOTHER GENERAL
a. This is not a elec ve posi on. She takes and holds this
office in the righ ul capacity of being the wife of the
Kohen Gadol and General Overseer of community of
HaShem Worldwide.
b. Shall be an Execu ve President and Chief spokesperson
of CHFA.
c. She shall through the General Secretary, summon all
mee ngs. She shall preside over all mee ngs.
d. Shall coordinate the ac vi es of different bodies, board
and commi ee of the Associa on.
e. She shall direct all the affairs of the Associa on within
the standing rules.
f. She may delegate authority to any member of the
Associa on or any of the five vice Presidents to act on her
behalf.
g. She shall authorize all payment and be co-signatory to all
cheques of the Associa on.
h. She shall liaise with outside bodies on behalf of the
Associa on.
I. She shall have powers to recommend and effect the
removal of any of her officers.
