members of the Associa on.
f. The Board shall under the auspices of Event
Management hold public lectures, seminars, etc and
undertake prin ng and publishing of books and event
materials.
g. The Board through its approved commi ees shall make
out gi s for any charitable purpose.
h. The Board shall recruit staff when and where necessary
and determine the career structure of such staff.
i. The Central Execu ve Board shall exercise such other
func ons and powers as are necessary for the efficient
administra on of CHFA.
j. The Board through the Event Management shall approve
and supervise any Regional events with the event
Programme.

3.5 COMPOSITION OF THE CENTRAL EXECUTIVE BOARD
a. There shall be between 40-55 members of the Central
Execu ve Board of which membership shall be drawn
from:
1. CHFA membership other than officials.
2. Female Ministers' group.
3. Mothers' Union.
4. Deaconess group.
5. Female Disciples' group.
6. Female Youths' group.
7. Regional Representa ves and their Assistants.
8. Foreign mission Representa ves.
b. In addi on to the foregoing, such persons as men oned
shall fail to qualify for membership of the Central
Execu ve Board if:
1. The person is not loyal, dedicated to the cause of
the Associa on and that of CHW in general.
