2. The person has failed to exhibit or show the ability
to take administra ve and policy decisions.
3. Not a person of proven integrity.
4. The person has not been a member of CHW for at
least five years.
5. The person is not a duly registered and financial
member of CHFA, in other words, a card carrying
member of the associa on.
ARTICLE 4:

4. 1. MEETINGS
a. Central Execu ve Board Mee ng is held during three
major feasts.
b. Annual General Mee ng is held once a year, during the
Feast of Tabernacle.
c. Representa ves Forum Mee ng shall hold once a year
during the feast of Passover.
d. Emergency Mee ngs occasioned by need or
circumstances.

4.2. VENUE OF MEETINGS
a. The venue of the mee ngs shall be as directed by the
CHFA President.
b. Emergency Mee ng shall be held at the venue approved
by CHFA President.

4.3. ATTENDANCE
a. An a endance register shall be maintained.
b. Absenteeism shall a ract a fine of five hundred (500)
naira at the Central Execu ve Board mee ng and at the
general assembly mee ng.
c. Lateness shall be punished with the payment of fi y (50)
