5A. 2. QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS
Any financial up to date member of CHFA is qualified to be
recommended into any office of the Associa on EXECEPT for the
office of the CHFA President and Mother General; If the under
listed condi ons are fulfilled.
1. Must have ability to take administra ve and policy
decisions.
2. Must be loyal and dedicated to the cause of CHFA and
CHW.
3. Must have been a member of CHW for not less than five
(5) years.
4. Must be person of proven integrity.

5A. 3. TENURE
All CHFA officers shall hold office for four years, at the Central
Execu ves, except for the office of the President.

5A. 4. REMOVAL/RESIGNATION OF OFFICERS.
An officer can be changed or removed from office, if she;
a. Dies or resigns from the office.
b. Ceases to be a member of the CHW.
c. Becomes insane.
d. Is found guilty of misappropria ng Associa on funds.
e. Is in debt and no longer fulfills her financial obliga ons to
the Associa on
f. Is incompetent due to old age here described as eighty
