a. They shall assist the CHFA President, the Mother General
in all her du es.

5B. 3. VICE PRESIDENT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION, EVENT
MANAGEMENT AND DISCIPLINARY MATTERS.
a. The VP Project, Event and Discipline shall take charge as
stated in the job descrip on.
b. She shall execute and implement all CHFA Projects.
c. Shall have CHFA works commi ee under her
suspervision.
d. Shall take care and custody of all CHFA proper es.
e. As CHFA project implementa on officer she shall be in
charge of all CHFA purchases {buying and selling} for the
Associa on.
f. Shall be responsible for organizing all CHFA ac vi es and
CHFA social ou ng e.g. CHFA Day, CHFA Conferences,
CHFA Visits, CHFA Awards, etc.
g. Shall have social secretaries, logis cs and protocol
commi ee under her direct supervision.
h. Shall undertake and execute all disciplinary cases.
i. Shall enforce all CHFA Bye-Laws at all mes.
j. Shall be responsible for carrying out judgment on cases
presented to the commi ee on the misconduct of a
member/members and to take decision and make
recommenda ons on the penal es due to such
offender(s).
