4. Members selected as officers shall a end commi ee
and Central Execu ve Board Mee ng while all members
shall a end General Associa on mee ng and Annual
General Conference; and shall comply with all the rules
and regula ons in the Bye-Laws, and as shall from me
to me be established by the Central Execu ves or its
representa ves.
5. ONLY members who comply with the rules as set out
herein and in the Bye-Law shall benefit from privileges
rendered by the Associa on.

3.4 CENTRAL EXECUTIVE BOARD
There shall be a body known and called the Central Execu ve
Board.

FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF THE BOARD.
a. The Board shall be responsible for the formula on
implementa on and monitoring of the general policies
of the Community of HaShem Female Associa on
Worldwide.
b. The Board shall interpret, protect and uphold the
opera on of the provisions of this Bye-Law.
c. The board shall have powers to establish female groups,
unions, commi ees and subsidiary organs and assign
du es and responsibili es to them for the effec ve and
efficient discharge of its func on and powers.
d. The Board shall establish and maintain such catering
facili es, charitable ministries and medical units as the
Board may from me to me decide or is assigned to the
Associa on by the CHW.
