II. REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR ASSISTANTS.
a. They shall coordinate their Regions.
b. They shall pass any direc ves from the Central Execu ve
Board to members of CHFA in their Regions accordingly.
c. They shall countersign child presenta on form, shall
clear and sign the funeral form of a deceased member.
d. They shall forward guidance and counseling candidates
to the headquarters through the VP Admin

III. SYNAGOGUE REPRESENTATIVES.
a. Shall coordinate all female members and the CHFA
ac vi es in the synagogue.
b. Shall be the only female Representa ve in the
synagogue.
c. She shall sign all CHFA subscrip on/dues card and
register new members.
d. She shall protect and enforce CHFA Bye-Law at all me in
her synagogue.
e. She shall be totally in-charge of all female affairs in the
synagogue and represent CHFA in the Synagogue
Execu ve Forum.
f. She shall clear any member either for Child Presenta on
or Cooking Saraka and Thanksgiving.

ARTICLE 7.

COMMITTEES.
The following commi ees shall be formed in addi on to the
offices aforemen oned.

7.1. COMPOSITION
There shall be not more than ten (10) members of which shall be
drawn from groups, unions and Regions.
