It is my great pleasure to introduce this year’s winners of our annual People Making a Difference award.

2022 marked all of us coming back together and continuing to support one another through a turbulent
2022 Winners and challenging business environment. None of our achievements this year would be possible without

the hard work and teamwork of our people.

I want to thank everyone for maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude and bringing that to work every day!
You have all worked hard to uphold production, shipping, and sales despite the demanding headwinds we
faced, including continuing supply chain constraints and economic uncertainty. Without you, we would
not be ASSA ABLOY.

This booklet honors a small but extraordinary cross-section of our colleagues, nominated not by superiors
but by peers, which makes this accolade truly unique and inspiring.
The principles of this award align with ASSA ABLOY’s four strategic objectives: customer relevance,
product leadership, cost efficiency, and evolution through people. Two additional themes you’ll notice
when reading these profiles are challenges and teamwork. We can’t tackle the first without the second,
which is why so many of these exemplary workers are quick to share credit with their colleagues.
