     two central office administrators, from separate
     districts, (superintendent and director of curricu-
     lum) have utilized the Professional Standards for
     Educational Leaders (PSEL) to guide district/school
     improvement. In addition to learning about ex-
     amples aligned to each standard, participants will
     also spend some time unpacking the standards
     and learning about the PSEL Reflective Tool.
