About the Authors
Deborah L. Iosso, Ed.S., is the current principal of Randolph High School with more than 30 years
of experience in education at both the elementary and high school level. Her graduate degrees have
been earned at Seton Hall University. She has presented at local, state and national conferences
and is a huge proponent of instructional coaching.
Adriana Coppola, M.A.T., is an Instructional Coach and a teacher of English at Randolph High School.
Mrs. Coppola has 13 years of teaching experience. Her graduate degrees have been earned from
Fairleigh Dickinson University and Rowan University. She is a founding member of the instructional
coaching program at Randolph High School and has presented at local and national conferences on
the success of instructional coaching, enhancing teacher practice, and student achievement.
Lena J. Wasylyk, M.Ed., is an Instructional Coach and a teacher of social studies at Randolph High
School with 12 years of educational experience. Her graduate degree has been earned at the University
of Scranton. She is a founding member of the instructional coaching program at Randolph High
School and has presented at local and national conferences on the success of instructional coaching,
enhancing teacher practice, and student achievement.
