VNEXPRESS MARATHON CHARTER





          This tournament charter rule is intended to support the management and organization of
          large-scale events, ensure the security of event participants, meet the requirements and
          abide by the international standard of achievement recognition, the rights, and responsibili-
          ties of participants and the Organizing Committee.

          I/ Participant conditions
          1. Runners can only choose one distance to compete and must be within the age require-
          ments for their registered distances. It will be counted from the Race day:

          +) Full Marathon - 42km: over 18 years old
          +) Half Marathon - 21km: over 16 years old

          +) Distance 10km: over 12 years old
          +) Runners under the age of 16 must have a guardian responsible and sign the Disclaimer of
          Liability provided by the Organizing Committee. The organizers have the right to refuse
          athletes who have not completed this procedure.

          +) For safety reasons, runners under the age of 6 must be accompanied by parents or guard-
          ians during the race.
          2. Registration card ("BIB") and information provided by the Organizing Committee.

          The Organizing Committee will decide the time to provide bib numbers and other information
          depending on the organization of each tournament. Any time the organizers determine there
          may be risks to the event or the runners' safety, the organizing committee reserves the right to
          cancel bib numbers for people who are unable to participate in the program.

          3. Before competing, all competitors must sign the Disclaimer of Liability using the form
          made available by the organizers.
          4. Athletes who compete in each distance's regulations while underage will be disqualified.
          A guardian will lose their right to compete if they intentionally sign up a participant who is
          not of the required age.
          5.  Runners need to present their ID card or passport when they come to receive BIBs for the
          event. BIB numbers and Race-kit are only played at the venue notified by the Organizers, at
          least a week before the competition day. The Organizing Committee won't use delivery
          services or the post office.
          6. Each athlete's unique BIB number cannot be altered, donated, or passed to another
          person. The sale and/or transfer of BIB is strictly forbidden. The competition's results won't
          be kept on file, and those responsible will be excluded from competing in future VnExpress
          Marathons.
