7. The registration cost will not be returned to the athlete after registration is completed,
and the ticket cannot be transferred to another individual for any reason. The runners are
responsible for keeping track of and updating the information the organizing committee
provides them via the race's official website and other social networking sites.
          8. Athletes can modify the race's distance as long as they follow the guidelines on the
          website for the tournament.

          II. Race-kit
          1. All athletes must receive competition items including BIB, timers, and other items to
support the race. Detailed information about the time and place to receive the race-kit is
posted on the official website of the program (https://vm.vnexpress.net). If the athlete is
unable to receive it directly, they can authorize others to receive it according to the instruc-
tions on this website. The Organizer will not deliver via courier or postal service.

          2. Runners must provide photo IDs and a confirmation email with QR codes (which can be
in electronic format, e.g., phone or inbox) when receiving BIBs and race kits.
          3. It is the responsibility of the runner or authorized person to carefully check and maintain
competition items including Bib, timekeeping equipment, and other items supporting the
race. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss, damage, loss or return of items after
          leaving the Bib distribution area.
          4. To ensure fairness, the Organizing Committee will not distribute Bib, race-kit after the
specified time and has the full right to handle these items if the runner does not come to
receive the item on time that the Organizer has notified.

          III. Competition Day

          1. Throughout the whole race, runners are required to abide by the orders of track supervi-
sors, volunteers, paramedics, security guards, and traffic police.
          2. Priority gives way to paramedics, ambulances, and other emergencies throughout the
          race regardless of location.

          3. BIB cannot be changed, altered, folded, or crumpled by athletes. It is not permitted to
remove the timer. If it is discovered that the BIB numbers and time chips have been altered
as well as are not consistent with the registration information, the organizing committee has
the power to cancel the results and refuse to resolve any complaints that may arise.

          4. BIB numbers must be stitched onto the front of the athlete's outer clothing as well as on
their shirt in order for the competition's organizers to be able to readily identify each BIB.
People who purposely conceal their bibs so that it is impossible to see them or who choose
not to wear them will be asked to leave the track.

          5. Pets, bicycles, slides, strollers, roller shoes, or other wheeled items are not allowed to be
used or carried on the track, except for official vehicles or ambulances from the Organizing
          Committee.
