3. Any athlete who exhibits symptoms of health or mental instability has the right to be
examined by medical personnel. Medical personnel has the right to take an athlete out of
the competition if it is necessary.
4. If the authorities, fire, health, or police make a request, athletes must stop competition for
the protection and safety of other athletes or persons.
5. Ambulances, hospital stays, and other medical costs incurred as a result of participating
in the event or engaging in training are the athletes' responsibility and are covered by the
exemption clause.
6. Running long distances is a potentially risky exercise if not properly trained or fit for
health. Runners must be aware of their physical limitations and be prepared to stop exercis-
ing before getting damaged.
7. Athletes respect and uphold the rights and safety of other competitors at all times
throughout the competition. The competitor shall never endanger other athletes while
competing or under any other circumstances.
VII. Result of the race
1. The timer (chip time) installed on the BIB keeps track of the competition's outcomes.
When an athlete crosses the starting line and the finish line, Chiptime starts to record the
passing of time.
2. Ranking and prize distribution will be based on Finish Time or Gun Time. According to the
timer system used by the organizer, finish time (gun time) is defined as the interval between
the time of the starting signal and the moment the athlete crosses the finish line.
3. If the running time is longer than the cut-off time, runners are not considered to have
finished.
4. If an athlete is seen wearing more than two timers while competing, the results will be
thrown out and they will be disqualified.
5. Athletes who lose their chip-time signal on the track will be disqualified.
6. All complaints about the results of the first, second, and third prizes must be made within
2 hours, from the points awarded by the Organizing Committee. Other grievances regarding
the outcomes must be sent to the organizing committee within two days. The decision to
review the results is up to the organizing committee.
7. The results page will indicate "Did not finish" (DNF) for each runner who fails to finish the
race within the allotted time (this interval will be determined based on the starting time).
DNF participants won't get a medal because they didn't finish the race.
8. Medals from the Organizing Committee are symbolic of the efforts and achievements of
the athletes and are not intended for sale.
9. Runners have the right to complain and request to verify their or other athlete's results,
along with clear evidence. The decision of the organizers is the final decision.
