                  for training and licensing in the best and most appropriate technology community.
                • Determine and schedule the immediate needs of ICT education

                           It must have a list of priorities for all educational stages that should contain
                   and define requirements for improving performance in the term ICT education,
                   also topics to be covered including the development and dissemination of ICT
                   training courses, then create electronic libraries with ensuring access to sources
                  and set up a distribution system (spread) etraining and scientific research.
                • Improve teachers qualifications and their professional coaching

                           Is the need to develop technical standards for the training program of
                   trainers for teachers and trainers in all stages; including administrative work
                   crews, engineering, and technical works; besides that, it is necessary to develop a
                   curriculum for higher specialization in technical training for ICT in line with global
                   levels of preparation to meet the growing demand for workers with experience in
                   the field of ICT.
