               another and helps you to eliminate bias and increases your assertiveness in the management and
               development of your people. There are profiles more suited to certain functions or more easily to

               develop certain characteristics and abilities, which a good manager should be attentive to, but

                       With the professional styles provided by DISC, you no longer live under duress when it

               comes to developing your employees. The whole team will get into a healthier and more
               productive and efficient cycle where you will assign tasks to the most appropriate individuals
