Profile was scientifically developed and validated by Dr. Susan Cain, Corporate Learning
Institute (CLI) partner, executive coach and facilitator, in collaboration with Elmhurst College to
identify predominant (or not) behavioral traits and work styles in each individual, giving you
more information to support your decisions in an easy-to-use and affordable way.

DISC Professional Styles Profile rates each respondent according to the prevailing
profiles. No style is better than another, but some are more suitable to certain roles and
assignments than others due to characteristics and abilities.
