                                                               inclusive? Do you see yourself as an

                                                               inclusive leader? Well, think again.



                                                                 Many organizations have worked hard to

                                                               create diverse and inclusive environment and

                                                               generate greater customer satisfaction and


                                                               better market, while others are still struggling

                                                               when it comes to an atmosphere in which not


                                                               only people feel respected and have access to

               the same opportunities, but also and interact with one another.



                       Employees that feel free and comfortable around coworkers and supervisors are much

               more likely to be happy in their jobs. Regardless gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation,


               or physical abilities, the sense of belonging and inclusion is part of the human nature and brings

               positive outcomes for individuals and organizations, such as low turnover, organizational

               citizenship behaviors (OCBs), and team engagement.
