Dr. Susan Cain at the Corporate Learning Institute (CLI) do not require that you

               have a license or a certification to use DISC Professional Style Profile. You may login and

               complete it for $25.00 without contact us either before or after completing the

               assessment. Although it is this simple, we take it seriously.



                       Disc Professional Style Profile is the result of years of study and work of a

               partnership between Dr. Susan Cain and Elmhurst College and we wish that its

               application has a purpose. We work to improve relationships, abilities and skills, we wish

               to influence your sales, your customer services and your organization’s productivity. We

               are pleased to present you the benefits DISC Professional Style Profile can bring to you,

               your team and your company. Even if we do not have the opportunity to meet you, we

               want you to succeed.



                       After completing the assessment, you will receive an email with a report that
               includes a completed description of your DISC profile with your strengths and challenges


               according to a combination of its four styles – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and
               Conscientiousness – as well as a Workbook with coaching pages on how to better work

               with other styles and an Action Plan. This is what we want to talk about here.




                       Both Workbook and the Action Plan are beyond the report that contains your

               profile and brings information about your challenges and strengths and are designed to

               help you to continue on this road. The Workbook is the pavement and the structure, and

               the Action Plan will guide you to success. They avoid costly detours and increase

               likelihood of success by identifying the most effective goals to focus their efforts.



                       The action plan serves as a guide, by providing a step-by-step process to identify

               and prioritize the behaviors to modify in order to achieve their goals. Without goals, we

               lack direction in our efforts and cannot determine if we have truly succeeded. It's a
