Manufacturing Technique
Conterra Attachments utilizes a revolutionary design and fabrication process. We call it our GRID-LOCK
Manufacturing Technique. This Technique relies heavily on CNC laser cut steel components and a tabbing
process used in the weldment assemblies of our products. Instead of simply butting two pieces of steel
together and welding them, our GRID-LOCK Manufacturing Technique creates a series of tabs and notches
in the steel. This combines old world craftsmanship with the latest in CNC steel cutting and forming
technologies. This process not only dramatically increases the strength of our products but also ensures
superior alignment of key components.
